Elle: Now that I have shared some of your many accomplishments, a good starting point for anyone watching this is asking you about imposter syndrome. And I want to go back to a TED talk you gave, I love the title “How Many People Must Tell You That You are Good Before You Think You Are”. Give me the short version of this and tell me why you decided on this topic.

Elle: I love your book “Our Turn”. There is a title in one of your chapters about "The Power of The Outsider". You’ve been an outsider, moving from one industry to another and living in different cities around the world. Talk to me about what you brought as an outsider and the power of outsiders in general when it comes to shifting perspectives and innovating.

Elle: You have taken calculated risks in your career and pursued opportunities that satisfied you and were right for you even if it was not obvious to others. What can you share about taking risks and what it does for your self-confidence and growth.

Elle: In the second last chapter of your book "Your Turn" you say “If we’re honest with ourselves, I think we all know what drives our happiness. But it’s what we do with that knowledge that makes all the difference.” I know this to be true for myself. Can you elaborate on this?

Elle: How are you enjoying your current role right and what are some things that excite you about the work you’re doing.

Elle: What’s been your biggest lesson thus far from 2020?

Elle: What does Walk How You Want meant to you?
